Two arrested in connection with weekend shooting in Dover

DOVER, Del. – In Dover, two men are facing charges in connection with shooting that happened on Saturday night near Irish Mike’s.

Police say the shooting happened around 1:20 in the morning that day and left two people injured.

After getting surveillance video from the area, police say they identified 30-year-old Dashere Lewis and 23-year-old Stacey Henry as the men involved. They were both found and arrested at the Super 8 Motel on North Dupont Highway yesterday and are both now facing charges that include assault of the first degree and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
