Three arrested following drug bust at Dover motel

DOVER, Del. – Police arrested three people in Dover following a drug investigation Wednesday night.

We’re told just after 9 p.m., officers checked a room at the Capital Inn, where three suspects, identified as 36-year-old Jerome Miller, 42-year-old Phillip Nelson, and 31-year-old Kelly Lawlor, were located. A search of the room led to the discovery of 17.2 grams of fentanyl and 112 bags of heroin.

As a result, all three suspects were arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver heroin, second degree conspiracy, and drug paraphernalia.

Miller and Nelson were each held at SCI on $31,500 cash bonds, while Lawlor was released on a $31,500 unsecured bond.
