Officers find methamphetamine after search and seizure, 34 year old man arrested

FISHIHG CREEK, Md. – On Wednesday, August 25, 2021 members of the Dorchester County Narcotics Task Force assisted members of the Homeland Security Investigation, RAC Eastern Shore, located in Cambridge, Md. with the execution of a Search & Seizure Warrant at 2541 Old House Point Road, Fishing Creek, Md.

We’re told the search of the residence revealed 1.26 kilograms of methamphetamine and the search resulted in the arrest of 34 year old Frederico Borquez Garcias. It was also discovered that Borquez Garcia’s immigration status is in question.

Borquez Garcia was charged with several C.D.S. related felony charges and ordered held without bond and an immigration detainer has been filed with the Dorchester County Detention Center.

The other agencies assisting were the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, Natural Resources Police and the Maryland State Police.

The investigation is open and further arrests are possible.
