Haitian Vizyion Alliance and Love and Hope Rescue Mission team up for unity in the community day

DOVER, Del. – Medical and health professionals are continuing to help community members get COVID-19 vaccines, and educate them on it.

On Sunday, Haitian Vizyion Alliance, Love and Hope Rescue Mission, and other sponsors hosted a unity in the community family fun day. Event organizers say the day was filled with food, games, a band, prizes and of course free COVID-19 vaccine shots.

We’re told the event was free, and residents and community members came out to enjoy music and even listen to motivational speakers. They say this is a part of their continuous efforts to get people educated, vaccinated and a chance to have fun again.
