Senator Van Hollen tours new development in Cambridge
CAMBRIDGE, Md.- The city got a warm welcome from Senator Chris Van Hollen as he toured a new project.
Once done, people will be able to find an oyster bar, a shared use kitchen space, restaurants, retail and more.
We’re told this space is going to transform Cambridge bringing people and traditions together.
“The design is one that brings people from the community together and I think it’s also going to be a magnet for people from the whole region which is obviously good for all the small businesses that are operating here,” Senator Chris Van Hollen said.
Senator Van Hollen recently requested 1.4 million dollars in federal funding for this project.
