Milford Police investigating shooting


MILFORD, Del. — The Milford Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one teen injured.

Police say the shooting occurred in the area of East Street and Northeast 4th Street on Thursday, July 14th around 9:55 p.m.

Officers responded to the shooting and found an 18 year old man, was struck by gunfire by an unknown suspect. The victim was transported by personal vehicle to the Bayhealth Sussex Campus and was treated for a non-life threatening injury and is expected to be okay.
