Local woman celebrates 70 years with DSP

DELAWARE – Delaware State Police recognized Constance “Connie” Dick as she recently completed 70 years with the Division.

DSP says Miss Connie has been a fixture of Troop 4 in Georgetown since June 15, 1951, and she says she has no intentions of leaving any time soon. When she first started, there were only 25 troopers in the entire state of Delaware, and now she works with 90 troopers just at Troop 4.

They honored her with a luncheon to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee as well.
