Insider Interview: Woodbridge hires Dooley to take over football program

GREENWOOD, Del. – Woodbridge has found their man to replace Jed Bell as head football coach, Marvin Dooley.

Dooley previously was head coach at William Penn and at St. Elizabeth.

The Colonials made the playoffs each of the five years Dooley was at the helm, and ultimately won the Division-I title in 2014.

Dooley says the Blue Raider job fits his career plans, as he was hoping to move to Sussex County in the next few years when the job opened up.

Woodbridge has made the playoffs each of the past six seasons, winning two Division-II titles.
