Delmar PD thanks family for donation in honor of Cpl. Heacook

DELMAR, Del. – The Delmar Police Department is giving a big thank you to Kacie Craven of KC’s Custom Designs, her husband, and two sons Remi and Kason.

They stopped by and presented this print pictured dedicated to the late Corporal Keith Heacook, along with 3 t-shirts she made herself. She also donated $200 to the town’s crime prevention fund.
