Jeremy Patchett smacked a dribbler up the center of the defence to score the go ahead 2 runs to take their first lead of the game. They’d get another in the sixth for insurance headed into the top of the 7th. Needing just three outs to end it, Freshman pitcher Jacob Seek went to work. Striking out the first batter, the second popped up for the out and then Seek struck out the third to put an end to the 7 inning classic.
St. Michaels will play Catoctin this Friday at Regency Furniture Stadium in Waldorf, Maryland. Gametime set for 1 pm.
