One arrested, two wanted for shooting in Dover

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police say they have arrested one suspect and are searching for two others in connection to a shooting incident that took place on April 27th.

At approximately 12:45 a.m., a 20-year-old female was driving in the area of Kenton Road and Walker Road after leaving a gathering for a recent homicide victim at a nearby cemetery. As she was turning right onto Walker Road, a vehicle reportedly fired at her vehicle, hitting it several times.

The driver was not injured in the incident.

On June 1st, 21-year-old Rayquian Horsey was arrested in connection to the incident after reporting to Probation and Parole. He was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, second degree conspiracy, and illegal gang participation. He was held at SCI on a $47,500 secured bond.

Police are still searching for two additional suspects wanted in the incident. 20-year-old Sadique Ingram is wanted for possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of first degree reckless endangerment, second degree conspiracy, illegal gang participation, and criminal mischief.

18-year-old Lamar Howard is wanted for possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, second degree conspiracy, and illegal gang participation.
