Delaware woman celebrates 104th birthday

SELBYVILLE, Del. – A special birthday celebration was held for a very special lady in Delaware.

Elsa Clark turned 104 on Tuesday, and to celebrate she made herself a pedicure appointment at Vogue 54. She hasn’t been out of Brandywine Assisted Living for almost two years, so the team at the salon decided to do something special. They made up a banner and had cupcakes to celebrate Elsa’s birthday.
