Brothers arrested for firearm possession during traffic stop
DOVER, Del. – Police say a traffic stop Wednesday night led to two arrests on firearms charges.
We’re told at around 9:40 p.m., Dover Police officers stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of Collins Drive for a traffic violation. The occupants, 18-year-old Tylis Randall and 20-year-old Michael Randall, were found to be in possession of black fanny packs containing loaded handguns.
The pair were subsequently arrested.
Tylis Randall was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm/ammo by a person prohibited, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and traffic offenses. He was held at SCI on a $7,600 cash bond.
Michael Randall was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond on a single charge of carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
