Frozen Farmer expands to 8,000 retail stores nationwide

BRIDGEVILLE, De. – After seeing massive success on Shark Tank – a locally owned business will now have their products in walmart and retail stores near you.

The Frozen Farmer announced they are expanding to 4,000 Walmart stores, and 4,000 retail stores nationwide with a new line. The company gained popularity after appearing on Shark Tank, and explaining how they use upcycled fruit that are not fit for grocery stores then use them to make desserts called “Frobert.”

The growth of the brand is something co-owner Katey Evans says is because of a lot of hard work and now its great to see it pay off.

“We have done a lot of work in the last 12 months since first appearing on the show, a lot of behind the scenes work. ” Evans said. “We have pulled long hours so this is really our moment to watch that work come to life and start to see the products hit the shelf nationwide all over the U.S. has been surreal.”

Last year, in 2020, The Frozen Farmer landed a deal with shark Lori Greiner on Sharktank. A new episode showing the progress of that partnership will air May 14, 2021 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
