Delmar blanks Bucs, win fifth straight

MILFORD, Del. – Andrew Callaway shut down the Milford offense for 5.2 innings Tuesday night, as Delmar notched their fifth straight victory, 2-0.

Callaway, a sophomore who has verbally committed to West Virginia, kept Milford at bay for most of the game, while also driving home a run with a sacrifice fly.

Caden Parker relieved Callaway in the sixth, a recorded the final four outs.

Delmar baseball (11-4) has now defeated 13-win Sussex Central, 10-win Delmarva Christian, 12-win Cape Henlopen, 10-win Salesianum, and 10-win Milford.
