Production company looking for actors, actresses in Sussex County

SUSSEX CO., Del. – Actors, actresses, film crews, and anyone interested in being involved in a movie, this story is for you.

Nantico, a local production studio, is looking for people to audition for roles in their newest project, a short film that will be shot in Sussex County this spring. The film is called The Secret in the Old Clock, and the company is looking for people to fill several roles including a female pre-teen, an adult female, an adult male, and more.

Jordyn Gum, a director behind the film, says she grew up around the area and she’s just excited to be able to get local talent involved in the film.

“I remember wishing that there were more opportunities for young people, even for adults, to get involved in the area with some fun, narrative, short film projects,” she said.
