Donation efforts for victims of Delmar assault
SALISBURY, Md. – The Humane Society of Wicomico created a go-fund me to assist with the needs of the victims of the Delmar assault, Steve and Judy.
According to a close friend and head of the go fund-me, the elderly couple is still in the hospital and in stable condition. They say, the couple has always been avid supporters of the humane society for almost eight years.
Go-fund me organizer and executive director of the humane society tells 47 ABC, the couple are fighters, and she expects to see them again soon. They have already received a large support from the community, and hope to get both Steve and Judy back on their feet. “We couldn’t get five feet of walking without someone stopping us saying we’ll do whatever we can do for their animals just let us know what you need,” says Kim Nock. “They’re just wonderful, generous, kind, everyday ordinary people and it’s overwhelming the amount of support that’s coming out right now.”
