Wor-Wic creative arts magazine wins award

SALISBURY, Md. – Wor-Wic Community College and some of its students were honored and rewarded for their hard work for the third time.

On Friday, Wor-Wic announced their creative arts magazine Echoes and Visions won first place in the American Scholastic Press Association’s 2020 Scholastic Yearbook and Magazine Awards. We’re told the winners were chosen based on quality, design, and copy editing. The contest is open to all schools around the country.

A professor of English at Wor-Wic says this is a testament to the talents of the student artists and the editorial team.
