Delaware extends Judicial Emergency to April 3rd

WILMINGTON, Del. – Delaware officials have extended the state’s Judicial Emergency for another month.

Delaware courts remain at Phase 2 of its reopening plan, with jury trials on hold for the time being.

This is the 12th 30-day extension of the emergency order since the pandemic began.
