Two arrested in Dover following drug investigation
DOVER, Del. – A drug investigation wrapped up on Tuesday with two arrests in Dover.
Just after noon, officers with the Dover Police Department executed a search warrant on a home in the 400 block of East Water Street as a result of a drug investigation. 22-year-old Derek Johnson and 21-year-old Terri Cave-Martin were both arrested without incident, while officers seized a total of 221.3 grams of marijuana, 5.1 grams of crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia from the home.
Johnson was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine, endangering the welfare of a child, breach of release (prior no contact order with Cave-Martin), and second degree conspiracy. He was held at SCI on a $27,100 secured bond.
Cave-Martin was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a child, second degree conspiracy, and maintaining a drug property. She was released on an $18,000 unsecured bond.
