** Winter Weather Advisory in effect for northern Delmarva until 7 AM Sunday **

Tonight will be cloudy and chilly with temperatures near freezing. Icy spots are possible with potential freezing rain and drizzle.

The wintry mix of rain and freezing rain will carry into Saturday with overcast skies and highs in the mid to upper 30s. Best chance for ice accumulation will be across the Mid Shore and points north. This precipitation will transition into rain later in the day and continue into early Valentine’s Day. Highs will be around 40 degrees with mostly cloudy skies.

Monday, highs will be in the low 40s under mostly cloudy skies. Rain and perhaps another wintry mix is possible as we head into Tuesday, but it looks to be mostly rain. Highs will be in the mid 40s with mostly cloudy skies.

Wednesday will be partly sunny with highs around 40 degrees. There is a chance for rain on Thursday with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the mid 40s.

Have a great weekend!
