Local man receives free bike from Shepherd’s Office

GEORGETOWN, Del. – One man recently received a free bike in Delaware.

According to Jim Martin with the Shepherd’s Office, Terrence was thrilled with his free bike. We’re told Terrance also received a free bike lock. Martin says he needs this transportation to get back and forth to work, and he just stopped by during their free yard sale and picked up the bike.
