Carl M. Freeman Foundation supporting non-profit organizations in $100K grant funding
SUSSEX COUNTY, Del.- The Carl M. Freeman Foundation announced the opening of grant opportunities for non-profit organizations.
Financial Support is available through the Freeman Assists Communities with Extra Support Grant Program, which targets smaller organizations often over looked by funders.
We are told because the pandemic has impacted small non-profits they doubled the total amount of funding for the grant to $100,000 dollars.
“We just seen more and more need from the area and from these nonprofits who are doing Such good work, folks have increased services that they are offering to residents during the pandemic,” Patti Grimes, Executive Director for Carl M. Foundation, said.
We are told additionally a $10,000 award option will be available in addition to the $2,500 and $5,000 dollar award.
