Drug investigation leads to two arrests in Dover

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police arrested two men early Friday morning following an investigation into illegal drug sales at a home in the 200 block of Greenblade Drive.

At approximately 6 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at the residence and arrested 47-year-old Jermaine Harmon and 29-year old Ronald Suber. A search of the residence led to the recovery of 210 bags (1.47 grams) of heroin, 2.7 grams of crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.

Harmon was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, and drug paraphernalia. Suber was charged with possession with the intent to deliver cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
