Dorchester County Goes Back To Virtual
DORCHESTER COUNTY, Md– Dorchester County Public School officials announced they’re returning to Phase one learning on Tuesday, meaning all students will be learning virtually.
We’re told the decision was made after the county received updated numbers from the Health department on Sunday, showing an increase in the county’s positivity rate.
The superintendent acknowledges the announcement is on short notice, but believes this is the best way to keep everyone safe.
Grab and go meal bags will be distributed on Monday and Thursday at all elementary, and high schools as well as the central office from 3 to 5:30 P-M.
We’re told the county will provide another update on Wednesday afternoon.
