Del. home damaged during shots fired incident

ELLENDALE, Del. – Police say they are investigating after a home was damaged by gunfire late Tuesday night.

We’re told the incident took place at around 10:15 p.m., at a residence in the 12000 block of North Old State Road. On arrival, troopers found that a bullet had entered the front of the residence and passed through several interior walls, exiting through the rear glass doors to the residence.

There were five adults and three children inside the residence at the time of the shooting. No one was injured.
