Talbot Co. Women’s Club donates backpacks to Easton Middle School

TALBOT CO., Md. – The Talbot County school system is recognizing a group of women for their generous donation earlier this month.

The Talbot County Women’s Club donated 60 backpacks filled with school supplies to Easton Middle School as part of their annual Backpack Drive Campaign. According to the TCPS Facebook page, retired teacher and longtime club member Patricia Early coordinated this project. They’re also thanking Staples for their generous donation of school supplies to help fill the backpacks.
