SALISBURY, Md.- With the Spring semester around the corner, Salisbury University is unveiling what students can expect to see when they return to campus.
As of now, there are many things that will remain the same.
This includes, students still having the opportunity to live on campus, the university conducting rigorous testing, and routine cleaning of areas throughout campus.
But there are some new things that students can expect.
“We’re offering slightly more face to face classes, about the same total face to face and hybrid,” Karen Olmstead, Provost, Senior VP Academic Affairs said.
“When and if the vaccines become available how those we’ll be disturbed, if SU has a role in distributing those, and that’s a bridge that we’ll have to cross when we come to it,” Jason Rhodes, the Director of Public Relations, said.
Were told the University plans to offer 46% of their classes online and about 54% will be face-to-face or hybrid opportunities.
They do anticipate around the same number of students to come back for the spring semester.
The University said if the positivity level goes up in the state students can expect to see more changes.
