IR girls volleyball advances to the quarterfinals for the first time in program history

DAGSBORO, Del.- In a 3-0 straight set sweep, the Indian River Indians defeated Concord to advance to their first quarterfinal appearance in program history.

It was a close on early, the Raiders able to keep the first set within two points but IR was able to close it out for the 25-22 set win.

The final two sets wouldn’t be as close as the first, IR taking the second 25-14 and the third 25-15 to complete the 3-0 sweep. River will take on Padua in the programs first ever quarterfinal appearance.
