DSP work to make sure those in need are taken care of for the holidays
DELAWARE – Delaware State Police made sure they did what they could to ensure those in need are taken care of this holiday season.
On Facebook, Delaware State Police posted that last Monday, they delivered a meal and holiday assistance to four families in need. Police say they received some help from a generous community member, Walmart, and Troop 9 personnel enabling them to provide a ham holiday dinner and $275 in gift cards to each family.
We’re told the families were extremely appreciative and relieved to have financial and nutritional support during this holiday season.
