Bayhealth recognizes nurses during the pandemic
DELAWARE – One hospital in Delaware is highlighting some of their employees who they call the backbone of their organization.
On Facebook, Bayhealth Medical Center started a hashtag called ‘Year of the Nurse’, where they highlight a nurse on their staff who is doing all they can to help, especially during the pandemic.
On Wednesday, they featured Registered Nurse Odasia Bennett, who joined Bayhealth in 2009 and has been a nurse for 15 years. As a nurse, Bayhealth says she considers compassion to be her superpower.
