Woodbridge defense quiets ‘Dawgs, posts another shutout

Blue Raiders don't allow one first down all game

LAUREL, De- For the third time in four games, the Woodbridge defense posted a shutout. The Blue Raiders defeated Laurel 16-0 on Friday evening.

Quarterback Jordan Evans finished with one spectacular rushing touchdown in the game, while tight end Noah Matthews recovered a fumble in the the endzone for another score.

Woodbridge (4-0) will travel to take on Caravel next Friday, while Laurel (4-2) will host rival Delmar.
