Tyson Foods holds annual ‘Freedom Hunters’ event

CHINCOTEAGUE, Va. – Tyson Foods helped put on an annual event for active duty, wounded, Gold Star, and families of the deployed.

The ninth annual event is called Freedom Hunters, where those members of the military are taken out on hunting, shooting, and fishing trips to relax and recuperate. This year’s event was from November 13th to the 17th and hosted 25 wounded warriors.

Tyson’s Temperanceville complex manager said, “We are honored to host freedom hunters and show our gratitude to wounded warriors that have courageously fought for our country.”
