Portion of Route 13 in Seaford closed due to crash involving tractor trailer

SEAFORD, Del. – Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a crash involving a tractor trailer that has overturned on Route 13 in Seaford.

As a result, all lanes of Route 13 northbound are closed at Concord Road. Motorists will experience heavy delays in the area and should seek alternate routes of travel.
