HALO Shelter brings cheer to residents

SALISBURY, Md. – The HALO Shelter found a way for their guests to have some fun on a cold and dreary day.

On their Facebook page, the shelter says their guests were surprised with homemade treats by the staff, and almost homemade treats from the store like hot coffee, treat bags, and two times the fun activities. The shelter says that laughter is the best medicine sometimes.
