Doug Marshall celebrates birthday, gives Thanksgiving meals to Delmar Police Department

DELMAR, Del. – Doug Marshall gave out meals to some of the Delmar Police Department on Thanksgiving.

We’re told he even had oysters for them as well. On top of that, Thursday was his birthday. He says he got to celebrate with his family and new wife Lumi.
