Worcester Co. Veterans Memorial Foundation receives donation

OCEAN CITY, Md. – One organization in Worcester County is donating money to advance education on the Veteran’s Memorial.

On Friday, the President of Ocean City Chapter 1091 of Vietnam Veterans of America donated $2,000 to the President of the Worcester County Veterans Memorial Foundation. We’re told the grant will be used to support the foundations’ education program. They say more than 500 countywide school children visit and learn about the Veterans Memorial each year.
