Wicomico Co. man arrested on child pornography, sex abuse charges

SALISBURY, Md. – Maryland State Police have arrested a Salisbury man on child pornography and child sex abuse charges.

We’re told 34-year-old Joshua Marshall is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of distribution of child pornography, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, and two counts of contributing to the condition of a child.

According to a preliminary investigation, police received a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children of possession and distribution of child pornography. Investigators obtained a search warrant for Marshall’s residence, which was served on Wednesday, and resulted in the arrest of Marshall.

He is currently being held without bail at the Wicomico County Detention Center.
