The Mudhud: Clay Art Studio hosts grand opening Saturday in downtown Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. – On Saturday, people in the downtown area celebrated the grand opening of The Mudhud: Clay Art Studio.

The owner of the business Constance Melvin says her studio gives people a place to express their own uniqueness and diversity through ceramics.

Melvin tells 47ABC she’s excited to be a part of the downtown family. Her business offers all kinds of memberships and some community members say this is a great opportunity for residents to find relaxation.

“So, we’re really trying to bring more people down here to come out with your families and this was just that vibe, that I really, really wanted,” said Melvin.

“I just kind of fell in love coming here, it’s a really comfortable space,” said Jillian Crosby, a customer.
