The Milford Police Department is going pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

MILFORD, Del. – This month the Milford Police Department is stepping up to the plate to help raise breast cancer awareness in Delaware.

Milford police say it’s crucial to support the state’s fight against breast cancer. That’s why they’re selling limited-edition merchandise from their department to help raise money for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition.

They’re asking people to buy things like their t-shirts, stuffed animals, pink police patches, and more to help out.

“We encourage everybody to go out and get checked, educate yourself, try to support the causes and try to help, whatever we can do to help beat this thing,” said Sgt. Robert Masten at the Milford Police Department.
