Sussex Co. teacher honored for efforts during pandemic

GEORGETOWN, Del. – One teacher is being honored for all he does in Sussex County.

On Monday, the Sussex Tech Vocational School announced Phil Wilson was named as their Educational Support Professional of the Year. The acting superintendent said Wilson helped steer them through challenging times over the last year in supporting remote learning efforts and was a key leader and technology expert. He will now represent Sussex Tech as the state honoree is chosen.
