Local students spruce up school

SALISBURY, Md. – High school students in Salisbury were recently given the opportunity to help the environment and beautify their campus.

On Friday, students from Wicomico High School planted native plants donated from the Lower Shore Land Trust. We’re told Lower Shore was able to donate 200 plants from a state grant. Students and staff members prepared for the planting the week prior by cleaning up the school’s courtyard.
