SALISBURY, Md. – While Halloween will surely look different this year during the pandemic, a few organizations have teamed up in Salisbury to still bring a safer trick or treating experience to kids.

The Adams Radio Group, Safford Auto Group, and a few other organizations are hosting a drive through trick or treat event this Friday. Parents can drive up with their children, collect candy, and see some Halloween decorations that the radio group says they’ll have on display.

Adams Radio Group says they just wanted to find some way to still give kids normalcy during what has been a really tough year.

“The reason that we’re doing this is because we wanted to bring some joy back into the children’s lives, they’ve been through so much this year and had to transition into new ways,” Johnette Cochran said.

The drive through event will be held Friday evening from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Adams Radio Group, which is located on Naylor Mill Road.
