Worcester Co. Sheriff’s Office celebrates individuals after yearlong journey to becoming sober

WORCESTER CO., Md. – The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office celebrated the sobriety of three individuals who stayed the course during COVID.

On their Facebook page, they say Friday was a special day for three graduates, known as the Covid class, who received their drug court completion certificates. Now they are all in active recovery after a yearlong journey to live a substance-free life. The sheriff’s office says it was inspiring to see the graduates along with their families celebrate their new beginning and journey in life.
