Three vehicles damaged in Dover shooting, police investigating

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are investigating a shooting that damaged three unoccupied vehicles Wednesday night.

Shortly after 10:30 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Simon Circle for multiple reports of shots fired. On arrival, officers discovered the damaged vehicles and found several shell casings in the area. A witness reported seeing a red Chevrolet Impala with several people inside of it traveling on the roadway and then firing multiple shots from the vehicle.

No further description of the vehicle or its occupants was provided. No injuries were reported.
