Seaford School District employee receives First Chance award

SEAFORD, Del. – The Seaford School District is honoring one of their own for receiving an award.

Mr. Bill Mengel, who’s the Supervisor of Nutrition Services, received the “First Chance” award. According to the school district, the award recipients consist of leaders and teams that stepped up to keep feeding Delaware children when school buildings had to close in mid-March due to the pandemic.
