Salisbury Pride Parade rescheduled to June 2021
SALISBURY, Md. – The inaugural Salisbury Pride parade has been rescheduled to June 26, 2021 after organizers say hosting the event in October would be impossible amid the pandemic.
The parade was originally scheduled to take place on June 7, 2020, but in April, in response to the evolving coronavirus, organizers rescheduled it to October 24. Salisbury’s chapter of PFLAG, which is hosting co-hosting the event with the city, wrote on Facebook that the new 2021 date “allows us to continue forward with our outstanding line-up of performers…”
