Police working to identify attempted burglary suspect

BRIDGEVILLE, Del. – Delaware State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to an attempted burglary of a Bridgeville business.

We’re told the incident happened at around 2:40 a.m. on August 14th, at the Bighumidor Cigar Store. The suspect reportedly tried to force entry into the business before fleeing in a dark-colored vehicle. The suspect is described as a heavyset male with a receding hairline. He was wearing all dark clothing and no shoes.
