Ocean City mayor extends masks declaration
Ocean City, Md. — Mayor Rick Meehan has extended the declaration to wear masks on the Boardwalk , ahead of Labor Day weekend.
With the holiday, the mayor wants to remind everyone visiting the beach town, that face coverings are required on the boards at all times. If you don’t have a mask, you can visit the booth on Caroline street from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., everyday through Labor Day and on Fridays and Saturdays after the holiday to get one.
We’re told Ocean City Police and public safety aides will also have masks available.
