Md. Senator, local organization distribute dental kits to local children in need

SALISBURY, Md. – One Maryland Senator and a local organization are teaming up to ensure kids have all they need to keep their teeth healthy.

Wicomico County Public Schools took to Facebook to thank Senator Addie Eckardt and representatives of the school system’s Division of Student and Family Services for handing out 250 dental kits to children of families in transition in the Salisbury area. The kits were handed out Wednesday, with 100 kits each to Christian Shelter and HALO and 25 to Village of Hope, with another 25 to be delivered to the Life Crisis Center.
